How to be a Good Facilitator ? ?

Make sure everybody crying! ! haha

1. You facilitate the students not giving the lecture to them
2. Just confidence and confidence and confidence!
3. Understand the topic or session
4. Keep private and confidential
5. cheerful happy and energetic!


Dapat dua kali jadi Facilitator masa dekat TOT Kg. Gajah sangat sangat teruja! (mcm first time je jadi fasi tapi yg sebelum sebelum ni jadi fasi tahap sekolah je. Tapi kali ni dapat conduct depan depan intelectual belaka. Walaupun lebih kurang 20 minutes per session.. jadi la.. great exeperienced lol!)
