Ntah apa jadi with myself lately because always talk about health. As mentioned earlier, I feel like I am in my way of getting fat**. Then I search for any approaches/any ways to help myself escape from fat**. Guess what I've found. hehe. I found one dance video taken from Nobody Wonder Girls. Wonder Girls is a Korean group but sorry I am not really familiar with them.

Actually, first time I knew about this video was when Miss Awanis tagged me in Facebook a video of a little boy dance nobody song (it is my first time also listening to this song). Guess what I really love to hear the song rather than watching that little boy dancing dancing. Then I google the song and tarrraaaaa.. I found the song.

The moves and steps really catch my eyes so it encourages me to know the steps. For what?? for dance laa.. (heyyy I was actived in traditional dance long long time ago ok...) Beside, it is good for our health lol..

Below is a dance tutorial. So..... I can do a bit exercise thru dancing. haha.
