Quiz & Test 2 HTT 160 - Nak Soalan Bocor Sila View Post ni ! !

Tomorrow will be 2nd quiz for my semester 2 students for subject HTT 160 Customer Service and another 2 weeks will be 2nd test. Then tonite I need to finish to set a quiz question for 3 classes. My brainstorming seriously so stuck in thinking what kind of questions I should ask them. They are good enough (clap clap clap my hand haha). So I need to think the questions that really challenge them! In previous quiz and test (quiz & test 1) I prepared quite difficult questions but then all those questions just PIECE of CAKE for them! So this time I will force my intelligentility genuisity (please refer dictionary) to come out with Albert Einstein's questions. hahaha.

Ohh no no no... I will be a bit considerable for my beloved students to give them hints in term of what kind of questions will come out tomorrow. So students you all will love me after this.. Here is the questions...
