Prawn Lasagna Puff

Bosan memang bosan tinggal sorang-sorang kat rumah dengan harapan my big bro bawak balik KFC ke PIZZA ke apa ke untuk di-melantak-kan teheee. Tapi tunggu punya tunggu punya tunggu punya tunggu punya tunggu..(berapa banyak tunggu daaa..) tak nampak batang hidung jugak. Perut serious berbunyi dongdang syg dah ni.. Nak keluar rumah jalan-jalan cuci mata tapi dah dapat pekeliling dari parents jangan tinggal rumah nanti tak de orang jaga rumah (since rumah tak siap lagi renovate).Ye baik tuan saya menurut perintah tapi sekali my big bro lawan tokey tul la.. Dah keluar, keluar lagi.. iskkk...

So apa yang nak disampaikan kat sini sebenarnya nak tayang menu petang I yang sangat simple. (kes sangat lapar). Dan sangat teruju menonton Iron Chef America sepanjang hari dan sampai la ni pun dok tengok Iron Chef lagi. Iskk best tul dapat masak-memasak ni mengabiskan stok kat rumah hehehe.

Maaf agak kedekut inti ni.. muahaha. cukuplah untuk makan sorang. Dapat dua lasagna roll sudah.... ngapppp! Sesuai untuk minum petang atau breakfast. I buat ni tak sampai 45 minit, lebih kurang 30 minit je. Boleh buat program 30 minutes meals macam Rachel Ray muahaha.

 ehh sape cakap kedekut inti.. tengok, sampai tersembul keluar inti dia..

Sedap di makan kalau dapat cicah dengan sos masam. *Serious* wink wink

Crunchy hokey!!

Senang je nak buat. Yang kulit luar tu, I tak uli or buat doh ke apa ke macam nak buat karipap tu. I pun tak pakai kulit popia jugak. Nak tau I pakai apa? I pakai kepingan lasagna (huiihhhh gila creative gak aku ni wakaka) yang ada lagi balance dulu-dulu tapi tak expired lagi hokey! So inti dalam, sesuka hati you all lah nak pakai apa. I pakai prawn je sebab bukak peti ais, itu je yang ada teheeee. Ayam or daging langsung tak ada muahaha (tu maknanya stok dah habis hehehe). So I potong dadu buah tomato (macam nak buat paste spagethi tu) masuk segala macam benda tak terkiranya ikut creativity. Letak potato, letak telur (tak nak bagi inti dia berair nanti nak gulung susah-inti akan keluar kot tepi masa nak goreng), letak sayur-sayur apa je yang ada dalam peti ais etc selagi rasa nak bubuh! Owh btw, lasagna rebus macam biasa la..make sure sampai lembut, kalau tak masa goreng nanti mesti keras. Hahaha baru tau!

Dah setel masak inti dan rebus lasagna (boleh buat serentak je) so letak inti dalam kepingan lasagna tu dengan ditambah dengan fresh onion, cili hidup yang dihiris dan black pepper. Lepas tu GULUNG lah. Owh memang lah tak boleh gulung macam buat popia tu sebab lasagna ni sensitive, too gent. So gulung je macam gulung karpet kat rumah yang hujung dia terbuka (sebab tu kena letak telur tak mau bagi berair and dia boleh duduk diam-diam dalam kepingan lasagna tu). Sapu kuning telur kat lapisan luar kepingan lasagna tu dan golek dengan penuh berhati-hati di dalam tepung goreng. Lepas tu goreng la dalam flat pan..... Siaappp...

Year End Party! Makan! Makan! Makan!

Jangan terpengaruh dengan tajuk entry kali ni. Bukan party liar, bukan party buih, bukan jugak party happy birthday and bukan jugak parti Keadilan/Barisan Nasional

Just having makan-makan. Sempena year end activity (closing activity) for year 2010.

It was just a simple makan-makan aktiviti yang mana suka-suka nak buat walaupun hampir-hampir tak jadi sebab gaji tak masuk lagi muahaha. Bakar-bakar ayam, daging, ikan, sotong yang di-marinate etc bihun sup, cendol, spagheti, lasagna pizza, ikan celup tepung kuih-muih, kek-kek etc lepas tu borak-borak, bergurau senda, lepak-lepak, ambil-ambil gambar, gila-gila, drop-drop etc. Habis semua bau asap. Masuk dalam kereta, bau asap tak ingat. Thanks to our venue's sponsor. Sangat berbesar hati menerima kehadiran kami semua yang macam excited nak berbarbeque. Thanks to additional makanan-makanan lain yang di-sponsor-kan eventho kami-kami ni just mintak sponsor venue je ;)

Lebih kurang macam potluck jugak la sebab masing-masing contribute juadah masing-masing. walaupun dalam keadaan tergesa-gesa tapi berjaya disiapkan muahaha.

Ini yang I buat untuk makan-makan party ni yang tak seberapa. Maaf sangat kelam kabut sebab start masak dekat pukul 2.30, and the event start lepas Asar. Lepas tu kena rush pergi tempat kejadian teheee.

Menu 1:
Spagheti Campur-campuran Rendah Lemak

 Segala benda dah dimasukkan. Tambah bawang putih and bawang besar yang di-blend. Tambah cili giling (ala-ala malay cuisine la)

     Button mushroom dah keluarkan air lebihan so jadi more berkuah. Tak payah dah tambah air banyak sangat untuk kurangkan tomato paste yang pekat. Tunggu mendidih blup blup..

Maaf serabut sikit tumisan di dalam kuali. Kalut..kalut..

Chicken meat ball yang selamat digentel-gentel jadi bulat tapi tak lah bulat sangat. Perap dengan Italian Seasoning Whole, Serbuk Lada Hitam, Serbuk Lada Putih, Minyak Bijan dan garam secukup rasa. (nak sedap, tumbuk cili hidup dan gentel sekali. Baru rasa pedas-pedas sikit).

Rebus semua sekali selagi muat periuk. Cepat sikit siap. Air rebusan I tak buang sebab nak rebus kepingan lasagna pulak. Pati-pati yang keluar dari chicken meat ball tadi boleh diserap oleh lasagna pulak teheee.

Spagheti tak sempat nak rebus sebab ter-over run. Kena terus prepare untuk next dish. Lasagna Pizza. So I bawak sebungkus spagheti untuk 10 orang makan atau maybe lebih kot, ke tempat kejadian. Tumpang dapur orang. muahahaa.

Menu 2:

Lasagna Pizza Egg Cheese.

 I guna lasagna egg. Lebih garing kalau guna lasagna egg. Rebus guna air rebusan chicken meat ball yang tadi.

Ini hasil lasagna pizza yang dimaksudkan (yang color kuning tu). Memang agak selekeh presentation-nya tapi delicioussss wakaka.

Yang bread dalam kertas color putih tu actually I nak buat garlic bread. tapi tak sempat buat and ingat nak buat masa kat tempat kejadian. Unlucky I terlupa bawak butter. Bawang putih boleh pinjam kat tuan tumah tapi segan la teheee. Lain kali I buat naaa..

Ok, secara bangganya, nanti datang buat dekat rumah I ok. Excited lak. Best-best..

Ni la Mastura Mahtar. Cuba teka yang mana satu?

So kitorang pun adala buat farewell dinner (break fast) kat Petai Belalang. Yes nama tempat tu Petai Belalang, tempat tanam petai and ada banyak belalang dok hinggap. Tapi I tetamu VVIP so I yang paling lambat sekali. Well, reserved seat muahaha..

I doakan my buddy yang seorang ni akan success di tempat baru and jangan lupa daku ok. Lagi satu, jangan lupa singgap kat belog I ok kalau nak tau perkembangan yang terkini pasal I dan yang lain-lain. Sila ajak anak-anak murid you singgah sekali dan jadi follower pada interaktif belog ni ya kahkahkah

Alaa.. cik Shaakiroh dah watermark gambar jadi tak boleh ambil sebab nanti dia leh sue I. Tak boleh..tak boleh sebab court depan college I je.. Lagi pun I kena pakai banyak duit untuk raya ni plus nak kena tukar handphone sebab handphone I dah tak boleh sms (button no 1 dah tak boleh tekan so setiap sms yang I hantar akan ada yang miss huruf abc).

So sebab dah tak ada pics pg farewell dinner so I selitkan lagu khas buat Mastura Mahtar.. Terima la...

Hahaha lagu ni agak kecintaan ye. Tapi tak apa. Lebih kurang la untuk imbas-imbas saat-saat yang best dengan cik Mastura. I ingat nak letak banyak gambar (ala-ala video clip gitu) so sambil dengar lagu ni boleh la scroll all the pics but I malas nak buka laptop and transfer all the pics to PC (hehehehe) So just use your imagination la ek.

Alan-alan naik moto lesing

Saya sudah rindu my anak buah. Selalu balik kerja mesti dia lompat-lompat tepi pintu kereta tengok saya ada beli apa kat dia. Orang yang paling excited bila saya pulang. Sekarang sampai rumah tak ada orang nak sambut dah. Buat tak kisah lagi ada. Haha. Tapi best boleh lepak-lepak. Bak kata my mama, "Selagi tak malam selagi tu tak balik!". Ala kan muda dan bujang jadi tak apa la. ngeee~

Eh tiba-tiba terselit Nasi Bariani JM ni. Ni tempat dating muda-muda dulu ahaks. Tapi sebulan sekali kena pergi masa kat Shah Alam dulu la. Sekarang mana mau cari. Sekarang lepak mamak ajela. Aku ni kira taste mamak gak la walau tak ada kaitan langsung dalam hidup. Sorry gambar ni dah separuh jalan makan tiba-tiba eh ambil gambar buat kenangan la. Nasi Bariani Ayam Merah woow sedap! !

Malas Homemade Recipe

On leave today. Yippiii ! ! Managed to had a breakfast at Nasi Lemak enamplohsen this morning .After that I went back home then facebooking. Owh malas nak keluar pergi lunch. So I decided to cook anything from fridge. (I am not a good cook) Guess what I found? Nugget, fun fries! Ok done. Enough to full my stomach yummi yummi.. Then I created new recipe named mix vegies rulet'o (see the black stuff on plate on right)..guess what....???

Time to Laugh ! !

This is one of my favorite activities after office. We lepak lepak and eat something before go home. And of course do some gossiping haha. But actually really help me a lot to forget what I should forget and teach me how to laugh! Hey you all, I love you all so much la! haha

Euwww apa pegang pegang tangan ni. I straight ok.. haha We don't know what happened at this time. Suka pegang pegang tangan. But really nice pic ok.

 

I tried to be a good photographer by taking my pic thru mini mirror. it's a kind of relection la but I failed to hide my cybershot. I tried hard to hide it but then still appear thru mirror (really I wanna hide ke?) Plus I want to focused on Georgetown White Coffee. But for Mastura and Shaakiroh ( I didn't means to snap your pic ok, excuse me.. haha) Ok la as I still amature..

 

Buta mata kau haha... After this incident she got blind eyes ala ala Kassim Selamat.. Mastura kau dah selamat. haha

 

This lobang hidung dah sebulan tak korek so I suggested to Shaakiroh to korek using this fork. But it's looked like she like it to..

 

This Keteow Kerang is really ho liao ! ! Tak puas makan sepinggan but I really segan nak mintak kat Lydia nak tompang makan. haha

I forgot when actually we went there. I think around a month ago?

Persona Trip to Japan Land + Singing2 - Part I

Ooohhh pagi pagi lagi dah sebok je dorang ni. Dok message org tgh syok tido!  Hellloooo weekend ok. hahaha kidding! Who else? Our Ms Lydia and Ms Shaakiroh la.. Text message.."Apa plan arini? Jln jom....?" At first I actually read that message already but I tido balik.. Then another text message from other person said "Woit bangun jom jalan....!" Alaaaaa... Then I replied the message and I said ok laaa I join.. The best part was Ms Persona fetched me.. Thanks Ms Mastura.. hehe.. Where's our destination? Jom2...

First we went to had our lunch at one famous Kedai Makan (I forgot what its name) along Jalan Bendahara. It is opposite with Convent Secondary School. If you are from Pendang or Simpang Kuala, it is on your right side but if you are from town or Jalan Sultanah Bahiyah it is on your left side. The foods were so delicious and yummi... This is kampung style cuisine. The price was soooo cheap! I took sambal ikan bilis with kacang, tom yam, big size ikan masak sambal, telur masin, hati ayam sikit je and ice tea (hehe actually I was tooo hungry and starving). You guess how much they charge me? Guess guess guesssssssssssssssss....

Total is RM3.80!! gulppppp.. (Makcik, are you sure?) Then I asked makcik.. "Makcik, ini ayaq dah kira ke?". Then she answered.. "Haa dah kira masuk sekali..".  Then I looked at Mastura plate and saw she took around 2 to 3 big size of prawn and of course other cuisines. Suprisely the price was below than RM5.00! (If I not mistaken la) *Wink2* moga moga murah rezeki kedai ni.. Now I know la, no wonder la a lot of people talk about this place. Delicious and Cheap. Orait.. Continue our journey.. Where our next destination Persona...? Jom2..

Here, I thought there is nothing in Changloooonnnnn Kedah instead of Hosba Resort + near with UUM Sintok. But actually ada sebuah taman yang boleh tahan best dan boleh jalan jalan gak (thumbups!). I called  this taman as Japan Land because the concept of this taman jussstt like Japan Garden (those who learned Culture Study laaa). Ok enough! Jom saya bawa jalan jalan pusing taman ni...

Actually inside of this garden it has mini zoo, mini museum, artifacts, beautiful landscape, mini botanical garden and lots more! You will not regret once you've visit this place and the entrance fee also quite reasonable. RM10 per pax for adult. The place quite huge but the whether a bit hot. However, you able t see a lot of things inside there!

After that we went to eat cendol (sorry I forgot where is it). OMG! How rude they are. I mean the waiter. With the selekeh appearance and **** attitude! The worst part was they talk bad about us! Grrrrr. Then we go straight away complained to their boss about their **** attitude. Please Mrs Owner take action! Seriously, I will never ever go there again.. Adios!

Huh, calm down.. To cool off our this hot hot feeling, then we went for Karaoke! hahaha. Kira masa ni lps geram.. jerit habis2.. rock balada evergreen jiwang dangdut semua sental..

I will update later bout this garden by attachs more more pics because I didn't have time to upload all pics. I still have pic of pets, nice shot of view, friends and many many more.. And of course a story about our havoc karaoke activity.. And let me consider weather to publish our karaoke video or not.. (confirm kena drop kalau publish haha..) Wait for my sequel Part II aa..hahaha..

OMG! This is my first entry in year 2010. Am I too busy? err I don't think so.. Pura-pura busy lg adala.. Oh btw, my class just started so busy time has coming.. slowly slowly catch me.. ngaaap! oh no.. dizziness come again! *a bit pagal hehehe*. 

Actually I have one new thing to tell. My first time ever eat at Adi Burger Taman Serindik near at Giant Alor Star. You can get variety of burgers. From extravaganza special until togel burger. And first time ever I heard about Oblong..? I still don't know what was that.. Went out with whom? Who else.. of course la with all my gorjesses girls interrupted! huhu.. There, I had my Burger Ayam Special+cheese+extra mayonise.. yummiii... knife & fork lickin good.. You are welcomed to see my burger *wink2*..

My unique way of eating burger.. Definitely I will leave roti aside and just eat the meat and all veges! hehehe. Hated roti part because it can make me so kenyang cepat and tak sedap pun. But my friends.. of course la clean and clear their plate. See below pic..

The best part at this burger stall is while you eat you can donate your blood. Do you know who needs our blood most? Not Dracula.. Not even Pacat.. but to Nyamuk! Seriously habis bintat bintat our arms and legs. In future, you need to bring along the Ridsect or Ubat Nyamuk once you eat here. I felt like eating on the nyamuk nest. Everywhere got nyamuk. But I think that nyamuk love me a lot because I'm the one yg tak mandi haha. However, this is not the hassel for us to chit chat. And of course we will gosspping a bit while eating (normal activities). What was our gossip that night? hehe.

Funniest incident:

See my dull face gara-gara "ok, 7.30 pm need to reached in front of Giant" said Ms Gorjes*. hehehe. So because of damnly late (b'coz I watched Cinta Balqis-TV3) until 7.30 pm, so I just wiped my make up and tak mandi pun nak pergi sana. hahaha

Year End Birthday Party + Farewell

Happy birthday to Ms Yusrina (December, 20) and Ms Awanis (December, 22). Wish you both hepi selalu and semoga Allah murahkan rezeki&panjangkan umur.. Sambil menyelam minum air, we also held farewell party for Sir Tarmizi (walaupun tuan punya badan tak de kat tempat kejadian). haha.

Some funniest things:
Yusrina and Awanis really didn't expected this surprise party. Panic! when Yusrina came to the car which we kept the cakes inside that car. Luckly Linie Azlenee pandai cover. And Awanis was almost started to pray at the time we want to give surprise and she shocked on the Sejadah! So we did a good job (after bersusah payah berlakon+berpura-pura, conference YM, 2 3 kali keluar masuk office but at last berjaya!)

 Tarmizi, our farewell men disappeared because already cabut to fetch his wife but then need to forced him to return to the office (so he bring along his wife and son too!)

This bakery has a lot of breads, buns, cakes and many more. The cakes so delicious.. It located just beside Mydin Alor Star. Opposite with Maybank. Seriously, it is recommended.
